RETURN POLICY
• items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags
• for hygienic and sanitary reasons swimwear should be tried on over underwear
• we will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify
• all returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• customers are liable for return shipping costs
• sale items are eligible for a store credit only

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
• please send us a message through the contact form with a description of the reason for your return request
• we will get in touch with you and explain how to return the item
• upon receiving your order, we will check it against our return policy (all tags and packaging intact, item unworn and unwashed) and get back to you with a decision
• if the item meets all conditions, we will process your refund immediately
• if the size doesn’t work for you, we will be happy to arrange an exchange
• return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

• if the size doesn’t work for you, please send us a message through the contact form with your exchange request
• we will get in touch with you and explain how to return the item and receive a replacement.
• upon receiving your returned item, we will verify that it meets our return conditions (tags and packaging intact, item unworn and unwashed)
• if the item meets all conditions, we will promptly send you the correct size
